Hi, I’m Aly Johnson, founder of She’s a Peach, if we haven’t met before, let me introduce myself.
In my former (read: child-free, care-free) life, I served as an officer in Her Majesty’s Armed Forces (RIP Queenie), going on several all expense paid trips to Afghanistan.

Obviously, that’s not what I do now.
No, in 2014 I handed back my kit and took up content writing.
In the last 10 years, I’ve been a Huffington Post blogger, a contributing writer for the Guardian newspaper, Daily Mail, and a contributing features writer for Country Life magazine.
Side note: I’m a BIG fan, HUGE, of the Oxford comma. Controversial, I know.
I daydream about becoming a published novelist.

In reality, though, over the 10+ years I’ve been a content writer, producing and developing digital content, my writing has been for one thing and one thing only: SEO purposes.
SEO what now?
It means my words help build awareness around a brand (on Google), rocket it up the SERPs (search engine results page*), and drive organic traffic towards the client’s website.
*if this feels like a second language, check this blog post out (insert blog post explaining what this is and why it’s important their website features high up in the SERPs)
My writing has been published in The Guardian and Huffington Post, and in my day job, I’ve written for hundreds of businesses, from startups to household names: Choose, Harver, CV Library, Pharmacy Online, Unagi Scooters, 88Vape, Sealions, not to mention a certain property-hunting TV personality’s personal project (his big show rhymes with Shmocation, Shmocation…)
I’ve been a content writer at a start-up digital marketing agency, content manager at the UK’s #1 SEO consultancy, and currently, I’m Head of Content for a leading SEO agency.
And here’s what I’ve learned – every business, regardless of size, all have one thing in common. They all need their content to build brand awareness, drive organic traffic to their website, and ultimately, make them money.
I’m here to show you exactly how to create content that ranks, because, like the cat who gets the cream, the early bird who gets the worm, etc etc, the content that’s high in the SERPs, builds brand awareness, boosts organic traffic flow, gets the clicks, and ultimately, shows you the money.

Are you ready to get started?
